Raising Self-Awareness is Essential
Self-awareness is a critical component of Emotional Intelligence. Self-awareness is the ability to truly understand yourself, to objectively evaluate your strengths and weaknesses and accurately assess your skills and abilities.
People with a high level of self-awareness understand what motivates them and that helps them set appropriate intentions and clear goals.

Leadership Development and Emotional Intelligence
My strongest passion and deepest area of expertise is Leadership Development & Emotional Intelligence. In addition to learning about Emotional Intelligence, we will also focus on understanding different leadership styles, the value of self-awareness, how to manage feedback, team dynamics, conflict management and key theories on motivation.
We will customize this coaching and learning program for you and proceed at a pace that works for you. We will focus on identifying your strengths, weaknesses, blind spots (positive and negative) and create a customized leadership development plan.
I’ll use key elements of the leadership course I taught at Boston College and insights from top thought-leaders, like Tasha Eurich, Stephen Covey, Daniel Goleman, James Clear, Peter Drucker and more.

It's so easy to get caught up in the swift pace of life, especially if you are juggling work, life events, child care, and maybe even elder care. Perhaps it's time to hit the "pause button" and take some time for yourself.

Time Management Coaching
If you often feel overwhelmed, behind schedule, trying to juggle multiple tasks and deliver on multiple priorities, we need to talk. One of my areas of expertise is helping clients who need to become more effective in planning and organizing their time.
I also help clients master the challenges of managing multiple priorities, completing projects on time, and overcoming procrastination. PS: One slight hint before we even get started. It's not about "time" management; it's really about self-management.
And it's all about reducing your stress and helping you to become more effective.

Everyone needs an experienced, trusted advisor at some point throughout their career. As a career coach and a long-time human resources professional, I can help support you in a variety of ways.
I can help you prepare for your annual review, prepare for internal or external interviews, manage difficult employees, work with challenging colleagues or figure out next steps after you didn't get that big promotion you had expected.
Sometimes you need a sounding board and someone who will listen to you and help you plan on how to proceed.

All of the services I offer can be customized to meet your unique needs.
You can use some or all of the services during our coaching sessions. For example, you might get started on "Personal Growth" or "Leadership Development" and realize that you might need some "Time Management" coaching. Or we might be focusing on "Leadership Development," and you might discover that you also need "Career Management" help.
