Meet Bob
I’m a lucky guy! I’ve been able to do what I love to do and do well in most of my jobs over the course of my different careers.

I had great jobs in training and development at John Hancock and Harvard Community Health Plan, I had a part-time Career Coaching business, and I was a Human Resources Business Partner and Leadership Development Consultant at Bayer. And I designed and taught a highly-rated course on Leadership at Boston College at the Carroll School of Management as an adjunct professor. I also have years of experience teaching Franklin Covey Time Management programs and still use the system today.
My strengths and favorite roles always focused on helping others with their personal growth and professional development as a coach, teacher, consultant, and trusted advisor. And that’s why I attended a comprehensive coaching certification program with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in 2016. If I was going to become a coach, I wanted to be trained by the best. I’ve been coaching and consulting since then.
My mission: to provide comprehensive, high-quality, flexible coaching, consulting, and teaching services to people who need the unique support that I offer.
I am a Personal Growth & Professional Development Coach, and I partner with individuals who are on a quest to explore their personal growth opportunities and accelerate their professional performance.
I would love to provide you with the coaching support you need so that you can flourish and move closer to becoming a better version of yourself-one step at a time.
